JOB DESCRIPTION • Under minimal supervision, performs a variety of routine tasks to ensure production quality standards are met. • Performs the set-up, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. • Performs hand set-ups for digital tests. • Recognizes failures and set-up problems and determines need for appropriate verification. • Operates programmable auto-testers, samplers, real-time oscilloscopes, pulse generators, meters, power supplies, and special test fixtures. • Maintains database • Occasionally interfaces with Engineering for problem resolution. Requirements • Three to Five years directly applicable experience plus Associate Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or equivalent ~or~ 7-10 years experience. • Must be a self motivated independent worker. • Must have soldering skills and Mechanical Assembly skills.
