* This is an entry level sales trainee position.  Training will include Customer Service, Inside Sales, and progress to Outside Sales.  

 

* Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts and then expanding sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services

 

Duties:

 

* Resolve customer related issues, develop solutions, prepare reports and make recommendations to management * Maintain customer records by updating account information

* Account Management

 

* Act as a liason between Haysite and Customer

* Work effectively with other departments

 

* Answer product and service questions; suggest information about other products and services

* Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competetive developments * Order entry - understand and utilize price lists and product literature

 

* Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements

 

* Close sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts Skills/Qualifications:
