Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical Engineer) Opportunity:Excellent  engineering opportunity with a strong, growing company committed to lean manufacturing as a Manufacturing Engineer at the Nacogdoches, TX facility.  Join a high performing and fun team that has created significant business results in the past 3 years.  Description:Looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, organized, hands-on engineer to develop innovative solutions to complex engineering and manufacturing production problems.  Evaluate and manage capital equipment projects from design and cost justification through to implementation.  Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles a big plus.Must have the ability to deal with people at a cross-functional level.  Position requires the ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form in order to present information and respond to inquiries from employees, customers and suppliers. Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in related Engineering or Technology field and 1-3 years of related experience required.  Good math skills and familiarity with personal computer and CAD software required.  Must possess strong mechanical aptitude, ability to use basic measuring tools, and hands-on capabilities to work on projects without supervision.
