Estimator / Scheduler

Plan, schedule and release manufactured and purchased parts and assemblies in accordance with operating guidelines; while supporting company objectives regarding inventory, sales volume, product cost, scheduling and customer requirements. Must have heavy Planner experience! Applicants must have experience in estimating and have background in scheduling labor/jobs. Construction/industrial sales background a plus. must be able to read prints. This is a temp to hire position with an established company here in Visalia. Pay is $13-$14 per hour, DOE Major Responsibilities: Assist in analyzing production requirements and launch the appropriate orders for manufactured and purchased items. Monitor the status of these orders, and react to any changes or discrepancies in the appropriate manner. Validate and communicate requirements with suppliers at agreed upon intervals; provide internal and external direction and assistance.
