Ethanol Maintenance Manager   Southern Wisconsin After over ten years experience as an Ethanol maintenance engineer, maintenance manager, plant engineer or production engineer, do you feel like your options for growth are limited?  Looking for a lucrative opportunity with a company large enough to thrive despite the rising cost of commodities?  Are you currently on a path to be in a General Manager/ Vice President’s role in the next 3 -5 years?   Our client- the biofuels industry leader for innovation and efficiency - is currently engaged in a nation-wide search for a top manager responsible for the largest, non-production job in what is expected to be over a $300 million, 24x7x365 day business.  Having constructed the largest dry mill corn fractionation facility in the world, their plant uses 35% less total energy and 33% less water per gallon of ethanol produced and offers the opportunity participate in the creation of a whole new generation of livestock feeds. Successful applicants are a mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineer by education and presently excel in a similar (fermentation) plant environment.  Understanding of the production process, from start up and operating production equipment including weigh scale, conveyors, agitators, pumps, heat exchangers, valves, fans, vessels, columns, and other related equipment desired.  Desired experience also includes monitoring of the production process, including laboratory analytical methods for yeast, alcohol, bacteria, moisture, and other specifications and equipment performance monitoring such as temperature, pressure, flow, proof and others.  Responsibilities center on supporting all ethanol production process activities, from feedstock input through ethanol and dry meal output, in a safe and efficient manner.   A motivated new management team views this position’s efforts as vital to the near-term success of the organization.  With aggressive sales forecasts and generous compensation, the opportunity for advancement (General Manager/ Vice President of Operations) abounds for a results-driven leader.  If this sounds like you, I look forward to speaking.  Please contact: Joshua M.
