Executive Administrator

ITT's Residential & Commercial Water Division (R&CW), located in the near north suburbs of Chicago, is comprised of leading global manufacturers of superior pumps, valves, & engineered systems.  An exceptional opportunity is currently available for an Executive Administrator reporting to our Division President.

 

This position provides high caliber, confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Executive of a global business and provides back-up support to members of the executive staff as required.  Manages the President's calendar.  Books heavy travel including international travel.  Arranges and coordinates domestic and international meetings.  

 

Prepares correspondence and drafts letters as required.  Screens and prioritizes all mail.  Reroutes and prepares replies as appropriate

 

Completes complex expense reports involving foreign currency. 

 

Experience supporting a Senior Corporate Executive is required.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook Calendar.  Excellent interpersonal skills including tact, diplomacy and discretion are required. Candidate must be well organized and show initiative.
