Executive Assistant

The Controls Division is searching for an Executive Assistant. The Controls Division develops, manufactures, and provides total hydraulic solutions to Sauer-Danfoss customers worldwide. The Division has 14 major manufacturing sites located in the Americas, Europe and the Asia Pacific regions. The position will be located in Easley, South Carolina USA and will provide administrative support to 2 senior level executives; the Divisional Controller and the Director of Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Schedule and organize activities such as meetings & travel arrangements. May take minutes of meetings.

Create and develop presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Prepare Supply Chain and Financial reports using SAP and BiW "Business Intelligence Warehouse"

Prepare Financial and Supply Chain spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Excel.

Coordinate on-site and off-site conferences and meetings of various size and scope. Assist with schedule management utilizing Lotus Notes.

Handle confidential and non-routine information.

Reconcile expense reports and process company credit cards

Maintain time and attendance for payroll purposes

Work independently or occasionally within a team on non-recurring and ongoing Supply Chain or Financial/Controlling projects.

Interface with senior level business professionals (internal and external) with the appropriate level of professionalism and discretion.

Write routine correspondence.

Other projects/duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

5+ years executive level assistant experience reporting to top management, BA degree preferred, highly professional communication skills and phone mannerism, Expert skills in the use of Microsoft Suite including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, including advanced features and preparing presentations. superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task, advanced level editing, proofreading and presentation development skills, ability to work with discretion and handle confidential information, and the ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
