Executive Assistant/Accountant

Seeking qualified candidate to assist the CFO and Executive team for a growing company headquartered in Tulsa. Excellent salary and benefit package!Essential Job Functions Produce and distribute accounting and ad hoc reports. Account reconciliations, payroll, special projects related to insurance, 401k, tax payments, corporate expenses, etc. Prepare correspondence as directed by executive team.Assist in coordinating travel schedules. Requirements:   Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills. Must have 10 years or more in a corporate support environment. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office suite software. Work independently with a high degree of accuracy. Working knowledge of accounting concepts. Ability to reconcile trial balance accounts to subsidiary ledgers. Salary depends on education and experience.  $40-50K.  Casual office, smoking permitted in office.
