Carrier's Building Systems and Services North America division has an excellent opportunity in Brea, CA for a personable and poised, detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support their executive team (Region VP/GM, Area Manager, and Region Finance Manager).

As the Executive Assistant, you will use your impeccable organizational and time management skills to orchestrate a variety of office operations and stay one step ahead in this dynamic and stimulating environment. Core responsibilities include overseeing a complex executive calendar, organizing extensive travel itineraries, tracking budgets and project timelines, and managing all office communications. Top candidates will be enthusiastic self-starters with several years of executive support experience, a sharp business sense, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. The successful candidate will be extremely organized, self-directed and detail-oriented. In addition, this person will have a professional presence and will be able to work effectively under pressure. Enthusiasm, confidence, and a "can-do" attitude are essential.


Associates or Bachelors Degree Preferred



-5-7 years of experience in an executive support role
-Collaborate with senior executives and handle confidential information with high level of discretion
-Manage phones, calendar, travel and meeting-related logistics
-Preparation of correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and presentation materials
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; intermediate/advanced Excel & Powerpoint skills preferred.
-Demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing and multi-tasking skills is required
-Demonstrated leadership skills, good analytical and judgment skills and superior project management abilities
-Team-oriented mentality, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
-Great organizational and time management skills, including processing complex travel arrangements and expense reports
