Executive Assistant to 2 Senior Vice PresidentsNorthbrook, IL Fast-paced, growing, international company is seeking an Executive Assistant to support 2 Senior Vice Presidents and their sales team. We seek an individual to wear many hats and who must be able to organize, assist and work closely with a wide variety of people and their personalities. The Sales team is extremely busy, so we are looking for an upbeat person who can handle being busy from the second they put their foot in the door until the minute they leave at night Responsibilities:·  Heavy work in Excel, both creation and maintenance of spreadsheets·  Prepare Marketing/sales presentations on Power Point·  Schedule meetings and keep busy calendars·  Compose short letter and memos for the SVPs·  Access SVP’s email; organizing, making notes and suggestions·  Assist other members of the sales group·  Review income expense reports that SVPs approves and make sure all info is obtained·  Handle large volume of phone work for SVPs·  Prepare detailed travel arrangements and in-depth, detailed itineraries·  This position requires someone who is extremely self-motivated, patient and can deal with a position that can change on a daily basis. Requirements:·  Some college required or competitive industry experience·  4-7 years experience supporting multiple executives and teams, preferably in a sales environment·  Excellent communication skills (written, verbal); ·  Superior organizational sills a must·  Ability to work under daily deadlines; work with extremely minimal supervision·  Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point·  Able to handle confidential data For immediate consideration, please submit your resume and salary history to caleb@cngcts.com MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
