TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES  



 

The HR role responsibilities:

As the Human Resources Coordinator, provide direct support to the HR Staffing Director as well as professional and confidential support to the HR team. The primary responsibilities will provide administrative and technical support in recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding for the Oregon and California locations.  Tasks include:Coordinating the requisition process, posting job opportunities & provide resume screening (both internal and external) Attend job fairs and college recruiting as needed, coordinating efforts and resources.Perform background checks, employment verification, arrange travel, coordinate interviews, process referrals.Updating Intranet and company website with HR and career information.  Maintain the applicant tracking, HR documentation and database.  Maintain employee files, update records and systems.Conduct new hire orientation and coordinate on-boarding tools /process to hiring managers.  Generate documentation, reporting and filing as needed Order and maintain HR related supplies and HR projects as needed

 

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE 




Motivated professional to use HR degree and/or begin building an HR career.

 

·  Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Power point as well as Outlook requiredA Bachelor’s degree (HR certification and/or degree preferred)Knowledge of, or familiarity with IT and HR systems strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT CONSIDERATIONS



Work Environment:

Work will be at the Forest Grove location – admin building / business casual office environment.
