EXPORT COORDINATOR


International company in Wastewater Treatment industry is looking for an energetic, disciplined, hard-working candidate to fill a position of Export Coordinator in its Sales/Traffic department. This is an entry-level hands-on position that requires extreme attention to detail, the ability to multi task, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This job provides exposure to international business.

Job Responsibilities 
Assist the Sales department.Liaise between all Supply Chain support departments and the customer.Book ocean, air and inland transport and coordinate with forwarders.Prepare export documentation in accordance with established procedures and guidelinesProvide support to customers, sales department and freight forwarders on shipment status.Sales/ Purchase Order entry.Ensuring prompt delivery of products and ensuring clients needs are fully satisfiedResponsible for providing support for all departments.Additional projects as needed. 
Skill Requirements :




 Bachelor's degree; 0-2 years experience in a hands-on operational support role; High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office; Ability to work independently and in a team setting; Must be able to interact with all levels of the organization; Solid working knowledge of import/export procedures and transportation methods; Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment; and Strong interest in international business. Candidate preferably bilingual ( English/Spanish)
