Fabrication Lead - 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available

Fabrication Lead - 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available Plastics manufacturer seeks a Fabrication Lead for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The lead will work with the Supervisor to oversee day to day Fabrication area activities of the department and staff, with the goal of ensuring efficiency and accuracy. The lead position will also work with other departments to coordinate the usage and organization of our product inventory. Responsibilities: Responsible to assist in improving department productivity, quality and efficiency. Closely interacts with other departments to resolve customer service issues. Provide frequent reports on status, changes and progress to the Fabrication Supervisor. Provide immediate supervision to groups of employees in department Responds quickly to the needs of internal and external customers. Keep office staff and production supervisor up to date on the status of shipments. Performs other related duties as needed. Requirements: Excellent interpersonal management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong planning and organizational skills Bilingual English/Spanish Forklift experience is a plus Experience working with threading machines / molding machines is also a plus.
