Put your skills and knowledge to work!  The successful candidate will perform a variety of maintenance and tenant improvement tasks for our 9 plant and office buildings located in Tustin, Santa Ana and Irvine totaling more than 1.5 million square feet.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Perform specialized maintenance tasks including but not limited to plumbing and pipefitting, carpentry, painting and dry wall, and electrical maintenance.

· Install electrical outlets, light switches and fixtures as it relates to tenant improvements.

· Monitor electrical and HVAC systems and conduct preventative maintenance according to set schedules.

· Assist other maintenance staff with special projects as needed.

 

Qualifications

· High School diploma or equivalent with at least 5 years commercial & industrial facilities maintenance experience required.  7+ years experience preferred.

· Journeyman Electrician’s license or certification preferred.  Specialized electrical training or experience may be considered in lieu of license/certification.

· Basic section 608 HVAC certification preferred.

· Valid CA Drivers License required.

· Must be able to read and interpret simple engineering sketches, installation instructions, maintenance manuals/drawings and communicate effectively in English.

· Knowledge of ISO 14000 and hazardous material handling/disposal procedures a plus.

· Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job including but not limited to lifting at least 30 pounds unassisted, extensive walking while carrying tools/equipment to job sites and climbing ladders.
