Job Overview:

ATMI is seeking a Facilities Transaction Specialist reporting to the Director, Global Facilities and EHS. The position will be based at the ATMI offices located in Round Rock, Texas.



Primary Responsibilities:

? Provide transactional and financial analysis support for ATMI real property leases and owned properties worldwide
? Abstract leases and facilities information into the Corporate Real Estate Properties Database (MSAccess)
? Coordinate with the Legal Department and business heads to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, and that all property files are well maintained and organized
? Track lease information (including, but not limited to, critical dates for options, renewals, terminations and rent steps), regularly review with the Director of Global Facilities, and assure critical action reports are evaluated, actions assigned, and tracked through completion
? Participate in various real estate transactions including lease negotiations and administration
? Maintain good working relationship with landlords and property managers, notify Director of Global Facilities of any issues, and ensure financial obligations (rents, ops expenses, and NNN?s) are regularly reviewed and reconciled.
? Assist the Director of Global Facilities in special projects related to facilities matters, such as assisting in monitoring strategic and cost savings initiatives, special assignments, assisting in data gathering, and tracking of special project tasks.
? Some travel could be required, approximately 10-15%
? Other duties may be assigned


Education/Experience:

? Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience desired
? 3+ years related real estate experience or any similar combination of education and experience
? Certification in real estate management or real estate license a plus
? Must be competent in Microsoft Office Suite: MS Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project
? Ability to comprehend lease and related property/facilities documents, abstract the salient points, formulate actions, and work as a critical team member within and external to the Facilities & EHS department.
