Facility Technician

EPV manufactures and offers high performance solar modules for freestanding, rooftop and integrated building applications in both commercial and residential sectors. Facility Technician

Duties

* Responsible for performing light duty building maintenance and repair services, administrative duties not limited to filing, invoice processing and service coordinator. Perform scheduled maintenance of the office and distribution center equipment. Respond to after hour on call emergencies.

* maintenance and inspection of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and energy management systems equipment.

* Under supervision of the Facilities Manager, efrfectively respond to repair and maintenance emergencies in our offices.

* Assist in maintaining call logs, maintenance records, expenditure records, effectively interface with vendors and other departments.

* Assist in the review and preparation of invoices for payment.

* Occasional lifting required.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma

* 2+ years building maintenance experience

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Ability to use Microsoft Office

* Must have strong knowledge and ability to use hand tools

* Energetic, adaptable and good organizational skills.

* Attention to detail.

* Valid driver's license
