Fiberglass Plant Manager
Fiberglass Plant Manager opportunity with an industry leader
This is a great opportunity for a #2 to get to the #1 spot or for a good #1 to join a great company.
Company: $75MM company with multiple plants across the U.S. that is experiencing growth in revenue and market share. They are an industry leader that is the largest manufacturer of their kind in the country.
Plant: $30-35MM in sales with 100 employees that also doubles as corporate Head Quarters manufacturing large Fiberglass/Composite components. The plant is located in West Virginia.
Position: Reports to National VP of Operations and will manage 6 Area Managers as well as Shipping, Maintenance and Purchasing. This is the highest ranking production position in the plant and will be highly visible.
Requirements: Must have at least 3 years experience in a Composite or Fiberglass manufacturing facility as a Lamination Manager, Operations Manager or Plant Manager. Experience in a large open mold/chop gun environment a plus (boating or hot tub industries). Lean Manufacturing experience a strong plus, but NOT required. A degree is also preferred, but NOT required.
Compensation:
Base salary is open + 12% bonus potential
