Fiberglass Shop Foreman

3+ years of supervisor/management experience in thermoset composite manufacturing. Technical degrees and certifications are preferred but not required. Must understand the basics of open-molded fiberglass construction, equipment used in the application process of gel-coating, fiberglass chopping and putty pumps. Knowledge of Closed Cavity Bag Molding, Vacuum Molding and LRTM, Mold Design and Fabrication is desirable! Must be able to train new employees on how to properly apply product. Need to know basic chemistry behind the products used. Must be able to follow a production schedule and meet goals set forth by upper management.
