This position works the National Marketing Director, Regional Directors, Marketing Directors, Divisional Managers, and Field Personnel. Responsibilities: Design and implement all new hire training, focusing on improved retention of skills by field force Delivery of the training programs on an as needed basis, working with management to design schedule based on needs of business Identify field employees in need of one on one coaching and provide individual training to these employees Design, implement and deliver training program for North American Marketing Meeting annually Mentor and coach field personnel based on need Field liaison to IT department Provide weekly communication from FDM office to field personnel Work one on one and in groups with Territory Managers on Territory Analysis Process and DIGS usage Design and Execute the Contact Management System Work with IT Teams on any design of computer software for field, do any training of those programs, as needed Skills Required: 3+ years of related work experience Self-Starter and a Creativity Thinker to develop new programs Deliver classroom-based training excellent presentation and facilitation skills, ability to quickly master content of training programs Understand and/or operate in a field marketing role understand the flooring industry, have marketing experience, operate independently and be self-directed, ability to work remotely Conduct training needs analyses and define training development plans based on observation of field employees, define training programs and objectives for current and future training, for all levels of field employees Ability to work with all levels of employees from upper management to field employees Ability to travel 50%, frequently overnight Education: A four year college degree, preferred We are an equal opportunity employer.
