We currently have a career opportunity for a  FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER. This is a key management and leadership position reporting directly to our Vice President. As the Field Operations Manager you will be responsible for the coordination of materials, equipment, and resources in the installation of our product.

Job responsibilities include planning, developing schedules, delivering proactive customer service, anticipating future events, initiating operational improvements, supervising an administrative and field operations staff and visiting job sites.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years management experience; experience and knowledge of the construction industry; excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with all internal departments; college degree preferred.

The position will initially be located in Brooksville, FL and within 12 months will move to our new state of the art facility in Ocala, FL. Competitive Salary and Comprehensive Benefits Package.
