Field Sales Trainee

ATI Allegheny Ludlum produces and markets a wide range of specialty metals, including stainless steel, nickel alloys and titanium to end use markets such as aerospace, power generation, automotive and housing.  We deliver exceptional products and services to customers around the world.



We are currently seeking a Field Sales Trainee. This position will report to the Director of Field Sales. In this position, you will train in order to be responsible for maintaining current profitable accounts while also pursuing new business opportunities.  Our Field Sales Representatives participate in charting sales strategy for specific products and accounts as well as gathering market intelligence and prospecting new applications and technologies. 

 

Requirements

 

Bachelors Degree in either a business or technical curriculum

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal skills, and computer skills.

You must be able to work independently as well as part of a seasoned team.

The candidate must be willing to relocate and travel at least 30% of the time

The candidate must demonstrate the inclination to manage established accounts as well as seek new profitable opportunities for the company.
