Responsible for the proactive technical support of clients.

ResponsibilitiesPrevious security equipment installation and trouble shooting experience required.Perform support operations and act as point-of-contact on behalf of Brijot for global clients and distributors. Working closely with Sales to monitor client/distributor requests assigning each a time line for completion, ensuring that all requests are addressed timely and completely to the client’s satisfaction while adhering to all Brijot guidelines.Provide product/application training for all client/distributor audiences of various competency levels, from user to supportConduct review sessions of all client’s communications and requests, reporting to management with scheduled updates relating to the status of each project.Assist in the creation of a support organization to achieve all other tasks as company grows.Performs all other related duties as assigned my management



Required Skills & Experience

· BSCE/BSEE or applicable degree

· 5 – 7 years of hands-on experience in a similar capacity

· Ability to travel 50% of the time

· Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

· Must be highly creative,  results driven and thrive on challenge

 

Position Reports to:  Sr. Director, Technical Support

Position requires sitting for extended periods of time, travel, computer use and occasional lifting in excess of five (5) pounds.
