Field Service Technician

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide onsite installations and services including maintenance, troubleshooting, upkeep, and initial installation of digital die cutters throughout the U.S.  Travel 75% of the time.  Often leave Monday come back Friday.  Phone contact with customers also, as well as paperwork.

Minimum Experience:
Equipment is made by manufacturer, so experience on specific machines is not necessary.  As relevant a work history as possible which shows mechanical and electrical assembly skills, preferably machine building experience.  Computer friendly as they will also train on how the software works once it's installed. 

Testing:
Crim check, DMV due to driving rental cars.

Personality Requirements:
Very laid back company, very family-oriented atmosphere, everyone gets along very well.  Managers are extremely open with their employees.  Self discipline is important as sometimes you have to find things to do, or help others just because they need help.  A person who needs to be told what to do in order to be productive will not work well here.
