Field Service Technician Intermediate

Exterran is seeking Field Service Technician Intermediate for our Oak Hill, WV location.
Primary Responsibilities and Assignments Provide on-site field mechanical service on gas compression and process equipment at client location. Diagnose and repair mechanical problems on multiple compressor systems. Submit accurate maintenance reports and other necessary paperwork. Follows all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures. Assist with scheduled and unscheduled equipment repairs and maintenance.
Education and Certification
Required:High School diploma or equivalent.
Desired: Engine or compressor training.
Specific Work Background/Experience
Required:Minimum 6 months mechanical experience
Desired: Knowledge of compression, process and production equipment, electrical systems.
Special Requirements/Additional Comments
Required:Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high pressure environment. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions. Basic computer skills and ability to be proficient using basic software programs.
