Final Inspector

Whether it is individual components or a complete system, Triumph Actuation Systems-Valencia can accommodate its customers' needs.  Triumph Actuation Systems-Valencia currently has a great Inspector opportunity in our QA department.  The right candidate will perform dimensional and visual inspection of parts, assemblies or final product. This individual assists with incoming inspection of purchased materials, performs first article inspections and in process inspections as required. This individual shall conduct Final Inspection of completed product. This individual will be familiar with an utilize precision measuring devices and electronic equipment to ensure compliance of parts and product with established standards and specifications. This individual maintains records of inspections and prepares lists of defects. This individual also interacts with external customers and agencies to ensure compliance with specifications and to facilitate the acceptance of parts. 



Candidate must have the following job knowledge, skills, and abilities:  3-5 years exp. using windows-based software programs (e.g., Microsoft office products, manufacturing requirements planning (MRP), etc.). 3-5 years of mechanical inspection experience on complex machined components.  Excellent organizational skills with focus on detail.  Proficiency in math through Algebra and simple trigonometry. Excellent phone/communication skills Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and associated specifications (mechanical and electro-mechanical drawings, typically military and commercial aerospace).
