Finance Manager, Global Marketing Organization (GMO)
Libertyville, IL We are seeking a talented candidate to provide financial leadership to the Global Marketing Organization (GMO), including acting as financial counsel, providing in-depth project support and analysis, manage and evaluate the financial preparation of SPRING R&D projects, controls the monthly reporting and budgeting/forecast process. This individual will play a significant role in collaborating with GMO staff to develop and implement the GMO strategies. This is global leadership role that is responsible for advising on Global Marketing spend and developing financial processes to maximize investments. Will collaborate with the GMO Leadership Team to achieve the GMO Strategic commitments. Will manage and control operating expenses and capital expenditures (including the review of contracts) for the Global Marketing Organization.

Responsibilities: Partner with the GMO team in the development and implementation of GMO strategies. Control and monitor GMO capital spend and operating expenditures. Provide the governance of activities within the GMO, including adherence to disciplined processes. Design and develop a profitability model by product line. Develop a monitoring application that will provide measurable returns on marketing campaigns. Identify and implement cost and process improvements within the GMO. Design, develop and implement financial procedures to manage expenditures. Lead the GMO budgeting and forecasting processes. Provides the financial evaluation, monitoring, support and prioritization of all GMO projects (including SPRING projects). Leads strategic and financial analysis projects. Strengthen the financial acumen within the GMO leadership team. Leads negotiations with vendors that provide goods and services to the GMO.

QualificationsUndergraduate degree (BS/BA) in accounting/finance (prefer MBA). 10 years experience in accounting/finance position. Experience in developing policies/procedures.

Candidate must possess strong skills in the following areas:Financial analysis Project management Planning/forecasting Financial system knowledge/experience (e.g. SAP/SEM) Communication & negotiation Leadership Numerical Time management Good understanding of legal terms (for reviewing contracts).
