Financial Analyst - Cash Management

THIS POSITION IS CURRENTLY POSTED WITH CONAGRA FOODS, BUT WILL TRANSITION TO A NEW COMPANY WITHIN THE NEXT 30-60 DAYS DUE TO THE SALE OF THE CONAGRA TRADE GROUP.

 

 

Position Summary:

Responsible for the movement of daily cash flows of the Company including forecasting, execution and administration of all electronic funds transfers, establishing and maintenance of target bank balances, investigation of exception items and distribution of daily operating reports.

The position is accountable to streamline day-to-day transactional processes while cost effectively meeting the cash management needs of the Company.

 

Position Responsibilities:

· Manage the daily cash liquidity needs by determining cash position, cash availability and sweeps via a Treasury Workstation system and the execution of all electronic funds transfers with appropriate levels of control and reporting.

· Perform ongoing maintenance and administration of the Treasury Workstation software system which includes maintenance of the wire transfer and ACH authorization lists and repetitive line system.

· Primary accountability for Company wide bank access via the Treasury Workstation and other Internet Websites

· Assisting with account documentation, management of bank account setup and access, new technology applications and positive pay

· Assist and streamline Treasury Solutions projects in relation to day-to-day cash movement, forecasting, and accounting

· Ensure proper controls are in place and creating and maintaining Cash Management and Internet Policy and Procedures in relation to Banking Services

· Communicate annual cash management policies and updating wire signers.

· Perform various cash related analysis and support cash management project implementations as needed. 

· Lead role in maintenance and continued testing of Disaster Plan.

· Answer inquiries and assist with various problem resolutions.

 

 

Qualifications/ Education/Experience/Skills:

 

§ Bachelor’s degree required with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting preferred.  Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus.

§ 1-3 years professional experience required with knowledge of banking industry.

§ Strong integrity, great attention to detail.

§ Excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills with impeccable attention to detail.

§ Ability to work on multiple, complex projects, simultaneously with frequent interruptions and see them to completion with limited supervision.

§ Ability to manage to specific deadlines

§ Ability to develop collaborative relationships and interacting professionally and positively with employees at all levels within the organization.

§ Strong interpersonal skills, well-developed written and verbal skills, and an engaging personality.

§ Ability to maintain confidential information and strict adherence to specific guidelines.

§ Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

§ Possess exceptional communication, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
