Flexible Packaging Process Engineers

Process Engineers responsible for process improvements, training, product/process development, installation, and start up of Flexographic or Rotogravure presses, Adhesive or Extrusion Laminators, as well as Cast or Blown Film lines are needed. The products are typically stretch film based, with up to 4 color process printing.

Ideal candidates will have:
5-7 years experience in Flexible Packaging environment 3 years of which should be in the Process/Product Engineering role Assist in the installation and start up of new equipment Responsibility of product quality and productivity Responsibility for the training of the operators and the other shift supervisors.
