Flexo Prepress Technician

Job Purpose:

Entry Level Position

This position involves handling and outputting of printing plates for our Web press and the mounting of Flexo printing plates on cylinders or sleeves.  Candidates should be able to demonstrate practical experience with computer hardware using Windows platform.

A detailed orientated candidate with some Macintosh/PC ability and the aptitude to learn will be considered.  Perform equipment monitoring and maintenance to ensure accuracy and integrity of all job materials.

High School Graduate

Skills/Qualifications:Must have the ability to follow a production schedule and work with little supervision.Perform equipment monitoring and maintenance to ensure accuracy and integrity of all job materials.Need to have very flexible work hours to support this startup operation.Ability to lift 50lbs.Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
