Flexography Applications Engineer

Essential Functions:    *  Train and provide technical support for my clients' cushioning materials used in flexographic printing.  (R/bak products)    *  Develop applications information, product capability documentation and sales support tools.    *  Assist with internal coordination of manufacturing, quality and engineering to insure high and consistent quality of printing product line (R/bak) with minimum lead times. Required Qualifications:    *  Must have a minimum of a BS in Engineering and 3-5 years of industrial experience (manufacturing or marketing) OR a BS with 7-10+ years of experience in a technical field with product training and troubleshooting background.    *  Excellent communication and presentation skills.    *  Must have ability to train at all levels.    *  Must be authorized to work in the United States. Preferred qualifications:    *  BS in Engineering and 5+ years in polymer materials manufacturing or technical service in the material industry.    *  Familiarity with Flexographic printing, training or product demonstration.    *  Problem solving skills.    *  Small project leadership. $80-95K DOEExcellent benefit packageFull relocation provided.   Built on more than 30 years of expertise, The Mergis Group is a specialty recruiting firm committed to helping professionals make the best career choices.
