Forecasting/Deployment Analyst

Our client is in need of a Forecasting/Deployment Analyst who will be responsible for scheduling transfer of product from production facilities to distribution centers and redeployment between distribution centers. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work closely with production planning to review production plans for hot items to maintain inventory levels and fill rates.- Review the unallocated report daily to insure that all unallocated orders have scheduled production or transfers.- Manage Distribution Requirements Planning including the hedging or scheduled production.- Coordinate items that have poor inventory levels with planners and customer service to resolve the problem.- Update and adjust Manugistics system settings based on current or new information. REQUIREMENTS: - BS/BA degree in related field. - APICS certification, a plus.- Experience with MRP Systems and Manugistics a plus.- Proficient user in Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills.- Must be detail oriented. For a complete list of our open positions, please visit our website at www.jobsforsuccess.com.
