Facilitate and support employee Continuous Improvement teams. Creating Process Control plans and operator methods within Product Development Process, quality planning, and within Order fulfillment Process.  Manage casting quality data and serve as the team lead / facilitator of the Gray Iron and Ductile Iron Quality Improvement Teams.  Lead lean manufacturing / Overall Process Efficiency (OPE) / Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) focus for the molding departments.  Facilitate teams / groups through projects, problem solving, and improvement opportunities. Education  Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Quality, or Materials Engineering discipline.  ASQ certifications are highly desired. Required Skills and Experience  Problem solving (8D process) experience. Strong facilitation skills. Proficient in Excel (Data analysis). Experience with statistics and statistical methods.  Experience with process control / management and quality control. Desired Skills and Experience Experience using SAP. TPM experience. Experience with formal production and quality systems, preferably DPS (Deere Production System), DPQS (Deere Product Quality System). ISO experience.  Continuous improvement background.
