The Global Product Manager (GPM) for coatings is the product and marketing champion/expert within Pyrotek. This position will support ZYP Boron Nitride products and create a global plan that includes both the Aluminum and Foundry applications.  Duties And ResponsibilitiesWork closely with all functional areas of the company including; regional sales managers, sales engineers, manufacturing/operations managers, finance and product development. Support customers through the sales engineers, defining new and evaluating existing products, technical support, installation trials and working through quality issues. Create plans with regional sales managers to capture growth opportunities and maintain base.  Responsible for launching future generation products along with members of the New Production Development Team.  Create training and application tools to reduce the sales force dependency on product manager and associated specialists Desired Qualifications – Education/ExperienceBSCE or B.S. Materials Engineering or Science, BS Chemistry Five-to-seven years product management experience with a technical product Microsoft applications including Word, Excel (pivot tables) and Powerpoint  Ability to research competitive products and services Entergetic, self starter, strong people skills, team player and leadership qualities Travel internationally 50% and valid passport
