This includes Sales, Marketing, Operations, Public Relations, Human Resources,Business Management, and Operations. This is a "hands on" and "get involved" type of organization and position. Position requires a unique blend of both people, communication, and business skills. Position is responsible for all Financial, Business and Operational aspects of the Branch Office. Requirements: Four year degree 10 to 15 years direct experience running a large "customer service driven" service business Pr oven/Demonstrated ability to effectively communicateat all business and social levels Pr oven ability to manage complex financial information related to budgets, Forecasts, P/L. etc. Ability to think strategically and tactically as the situation requires Pr oven ability to manage large, diverse staffs two rd an objective with success Manage fixed assets and working capital to best advantage for growth Skills: Develop short and long term performance and financial objectives Direct/Implement Sales and Marketing programs Monitor / Manage Service levels, QC.
