IFCO SYSTEMS is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of General Manager for our pallet repair operation in Livonia, MI.  Company will pay relocation expenses for qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate will have proven, hands-on management experience in a manufacturing, operations, distribution, or logistics environment. Applicants must have P&L and budgeting experience. Prior sales experience - especially as it relates to developing new markets and analyzing current market potentials - is a definite plus. Responsibilities will include marketing, sales, operations, and administrative management.

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Candidates must be goal driven and results oriented; be able to work effectively and efficiently with others; and have the ability to motivate and enable others to achieve excellence. The successful candidate will possess proven people management skills, strategic thinking ability, strong math and computer skills, and solid presentation skills. Applicants need a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
