General Manager _ Manufacturing

Education:    4-year degree required – Engineering preferred.

 

Required Skills:    10+ years in a manufacturing environment w/ 5+ years in a GM or Sr. Leadership role within a manufacturing environment – a solid background in strategic planning; strong problem solving skills; the ability to drive and develop Lean / Continuous Improvement / Six Sigma and Quality programs; the ability to maintain control of fixed cost growth; to develop, coach and teach all levels of personnel; and solid interpersonal and team leader skills.
