This position is also a liaison between other TVSD departments, other manufacturing teams, and the customer. Bachelor degree preferred. A minimum of five years experience as a line supervisor at TVS or similar company dealing with customers which would include experience in this high volume heavy truck manufacturing environment. Must be computer literate. Must possess good written and oral communication skills. Must demonstrate leadership and problem solving abilities. Must be able to resolve conflict with the customer while maintaining good customer relations. Knowledge and experience of lean manufacturing/TPS and TPM preferred.
