The role is both business and IS facing, communicating the use of appropriate security mechanisms to match given requirements.Primary Responsibilities Prepare and manage multiple project plans and implementations Create project communications Document business requirements and priorities Develop test plans, and perform hands-on testing Coordinate activities of multiple service providers Apply technical and analytical skills in collaboration with service providers to ensure quality projects are delivered. Resolve issues Create training documentation and coordinate end user training Transition systems & processes to on-going support team Establish roles & responsibilities for key stakeholders/contributors Develop and maintain processes for security compliance & metrics reporting Perform data analysis Attend project and team meetings, take and circulate minutes, and chase action items. Research security topics and present findings Assist in security audits of Diageo infrastructure and applications Decision Making Determine course of action to resolve project issues Assess & prioritise activities across multiple projects Financial Responsibility Prepare & track budgets including internal & external resource costs, license costs, IS infrastructure costs, and ongoing maintenance costsManagement Responsibility Supervision of project resourcesComplexity of Role Plans and manages multiple security projects running simultaneously.Scope of activity is Global (Europe, Asia, and North & South America) and cross functional (e.g. Finance, Supply, etc.) Work within matrixed environment to leverage internal and external resources Candidate must quickly grasp complex business and technology problems, driving them to resolution.
