Requirements:  Minimum Bachelor of Science Degree with technical aptitude; Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering degree preferred.  Demonstrated hands-on main equipment and/or system sales experience, as well as demonstrated sales management and international sales experience.  High energy, results-oriented, able to inspire and lead a 7-10 man global sales team plus 50 global dealers to high levels of performance.  Achieve and maximize sales and margins.  Skilled and effective negotiator, results oriented, driven to succeed.  Make sales and technical presentations and meet with global yacht and ship builders, dealers, service yards, marine design offices, etc.  Negotiate terms and conditions of sale.  Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.  Ability to lead the creation of marketing and promotional materials, write intelligent and technically accurate product literature, press releases, newsletters, articles, website descriptions and other promotional written materials.  Establish and implement business development, sales and pricing strategies, establish forecasts and budgets.  Requires a high degree of professionalism.  Preferred additional experience:marine industry experience, captains license, USN or USCG service.
