Graphic Designer

STATUS:  Full-time

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

 University degree or Associate in graphic design with at least four years of corporate experience or demonstrate with an incredible, professional portfolio.  (Must provide complete portfolio).Must have experienced knowledge and creative application of Final Cut Studio 2, Adobe CS 2 Design Premium, Adobe After Effects, QuarkXpress 7, and iWork 08.Strong conceptual skills in layout, color and designStrong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.Ability to self-start and edit with little supervision. Deep and broad knowledge in design industry and trends.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPECIFIC DUTIES:Extensive knowledge to be responsible for the overall design, development, production edit & copy, and maintenance of print and web-related projects for organization.Must be very organized with excellent time management skills. A motivated individual with good communication and the ability to successfully execute a project from conception to completion. The best candidate will be able to multi-task and prioritize according to deadlines and project importance. You must be an enthusiastic self-starter, ready to do whatever it takes to create best & innovative design and brand image for the company.Experience with multi-media, web and graphic design required. Demonstrated professional portfolio of work required (please be prepared to show complete portfolio). Work closely with the marketing manager on projects such as advertising, presentations, brand development, brochures, product launches, marketing collateral, website, and other creative projects as necessary.
