Graphic Designer - Catalog Production

Creative Banner Assemblies is a nationwide supplier of wholesale sign and banner making products, trade show displays and supplies, sign and banner display systems, and custom flags and banners. We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with 3-4 years of catalog production experience to join our marketing team at our New Hope, Minnesota location.

Position Description
Responsible for designing and producing product catalogs in a deadline-oriented environmentCreate and maintain marketing collateral such as:
Monthly promotional fliers Direct mail postcardsProduct Instruction sheets & informational insertsMaterial Sample bookletsNon-branded dealer catalogsTrade show graphics & sell sheetsCorporate materials for in-house useCreate, modify, size, and color-correct graphics and images using Photoshop & IllustratorProduce and maintain optimized images and graphics for web site useWork with sales departments in-house to ensure their graphic needs are being metAssist in the continuing development and maintenance of company e-commerce sitesContribute to design concepts for ongoing internet marketing campaignsManage multiple deadline-intensive projects from beginning to end, requiring top-notch organizational skills
Skills/Qualifications
Minimum 3 years on the job experience designing traditional product catalogs, preferably in a production-type environmentExpert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark & InDesign requiredKnowledge of Web design and usability principles a plus
Working familiarity with HTML, GoLive and Dreamweaver, Knowledge of PHP, DHTML, JSP, JavaScript, and mySQL a plusAbility to prioritize, meet deadlines and change direction easilyStrong written and verbal skillsMust be able to take direction, work well as part of a team, and independentlyBA degree in Graphic Design or related field
