 GROUP CONTROLLER

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

 

Ø  B.S. in Finance or Accounting with a CPA or CMA

 

Ø  A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.

 

Ø  The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

 

Ø  Knowledgeable of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) a plus

 

 

EXPERIENCE:

 

Ø  A minimum of 10 years of related experience preferably in a high technology industry

 

Ø  Finance and IT management experience within a manufacturing environment

 

Ø  Experience in information systems development and implementation

 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø  Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates the SUSS North American operation’s fiscal function and performance.

Ø  Provides timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the organization and executive team in meeting their objectives.

Ø  Oversees and directs budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, information technology, long range forecasting, and property and liability insurance activities for the organization.

 

Ø  Establishes and maintains effective relationships with financial institutions and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position.

Ø  Develops strategic plans identifying Information Technology applications to support business plans or create new strategic options.

Ø  Coordinate with outside counsel to develop contracts and resolve legal issues.
