HOT HEADING/FORGING SET UP OPERATOR

Avibank is looking in hiring talented people that can make immediate contributions to our growing organization.  We are currently looking for a HOT HEADING /SET UP MACHINE OPERATOR

 

Summary:  Under minimal supervision sets up and operates aircraft/aerospace bolts. Knowledge of titanium, inconel, cress, height strength alloys required.

Reviews work orders to determine set up, tooling and specifications of parts to be headed on either hot heading machine.  Set up and operate hot heading machines for multiple die and multiple blow metal forming to form stems, inserts, etc, as specified by work orders blueprints, and/or drawings.

Education and/or Experience:

Two year certificate from college or technical school; and 1 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
