HR Administrative Specialist

Provides administrative support to human resources function as needed (e.g. correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry). Ensures plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and plan provisions are followed. Coordinates new hire information and facilitates new hire orientation. Ability to represent oneself and the company in a professional manner. Must have the ability to effectively work independently. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. Provide leadership and education on company's core values, ethics and compliance, and overall HR policies.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred. 2-5 years related HR experience.  Demonstrate leadership skills, communicate tactfully and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to maintain effective relationships with clients and contacts is essential. Proficient using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook) required.Familiar with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
