HR Business Partner
Our client, a major expending US Manufacturing Corporation has an immediate need for a ‘upwardly mobile’ HR Business Partner to lead one of their key facilities. Reporting to a Director of Human Resources with a strong dotted line to the General Manager the HR Business Partner will lead a non-union facility of 400 associates in both Strategic & Tactical HR initiatives to support the company’s continued growth and expansion. The successful candidate will have 5 + years of progressive HR leadership with major manufacturing corporations and have a solid understanding of the HR Business Partner model, Performance Mgmt, Continuous Improvement Initiatives and have a strong business acumen while being proficient in core HR Generalist skills such as E/R, Staffing, Training, Safety etc.
This is highly visible position and offers a fast track to the next level.
A Bachelors degree is required for consideration with a Masters preferred.
