HR Generalist

Numark International, Inc.  a growing international audio company located in Northern Rhode Island, is currently recruiting an individual responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resource Director for their fast paced HR Department.

Job Duties include:Assist HR Director in all facets of HR Management Create and maintain employee files in ADP as well as processing weekly and biweekly payroll Updates and maintains Personnel files and HR records Process garnishments, support payments, levies, taxes and annual reports such as W-2s Respond to employee benefit questions Support corporate Accounting teeam in accurate and timely recording of payroll Conduct exit interviews Conduct new hire orientation Maintain vacation/sick time ezlabor time manager system Knowledge of all state and federal laws

Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelors Degree in HR or business related field is required 2+ years of experience with ADP payroll/human resource products and multi-state payroll experience is a pre-requisite Ezlabor time manager experience is a PLUS Proven experience in handling highly confidential and highly sensitive information Strong aptitude in Microsoft Word and Excel Must be customer service-oriented Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, take ownership of projects and carry them through completion with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Highly organized and able to exercise impartiality and good judgement Oral and written communication skills are essential Willing to work additional hours as needed
