HR Generalist - Newbern, TN

Policy Management — including administering/interpreting company Policies and representing the organization (and/or assisting the HR Manager/Director) in personnel and employment law compliance related investigations and hearings. HR/Organization Consulting — including change management facilitation and organizational consulting with all levels of employees. Employee Programs — including administering the annual Benefits Open Enrollment Process, employee opinion surveys, and answering general HR questions. Talent Selection — including interviewing and selecting salaried exempt and non-exempt employees. Employee Training & Development — including conducting new employee orientation sessions and coordinating other training sessions. Assist HR Manager with training delivery and training needs assessment. Employee Relations — including assisting HR Manager/Director with developing and implementing effective Employee Relations programs. Assist with employee event planning. Systems — including report generation by period and compiling metrics reports. Administration — including FMLA, Work Comp, Visa/immigration, headcount, exit process, coordinating/reporting employee status transactions, invoice processing.

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. 2-3 years HR Generalist experience. Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office Suite applications, and SAP Excellent Communications and Organization skills.
