Currently, we are recruiting for a qualified HR/Payroll Administrator for our Hanover, MD headquarters.  This position will report to our Human Resources/Benefits Manager and also be an integral member of our HR team.  This important role holds responsibilities including:Accurately processing payroll using the ADP system for all US employees Effectively utilizing Report Smith to provide internal reporting Providing support for compensation research/analysis Coordination and implementation of HE administrative processes Taking on a key leadership role in the implementation of an HRIS system Additional Human Resources administrative responsibilities including filing, research and follow-up with internal customers

Requirements: Minimum of 2-5 years of Human Resources/Payroll experience Experience with multi-company/multi-state payroll processing Basic understanding of ADP or a similar payroll system Significant experience with HRIS and/or other automated systems CCP and/or HRP desired, but not required
