We are currently seeking an experienced HR Systems Coordinator at our Bridgeton, MO location.
This position encompasses the following :
The HRMS Super User role is a critical support role for HR and HRMS users and a vital link to the Enterprise Services HRIS and Payroll support teams providing feedback, auditing, training, and ensuring the integrity of HRMS data. This role supports approximately 30 HRMS Primary HR Users and over 6700 employees across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, and as secondary support for worldwide locations. This role takes a leadership position in communications and training with Sector HRMS end users and HR personnel.
Working collaboratively with the Compensation and Training and Development Directors, this role also supports the PMP/Talent Management and Compensation systems helping with technical issue resolution.
The HRMS Super User works closely with the Payroll and Benefits departments to ensure timely and correct pay, benefits information, issue resolution, and change implementation.
The HRMS Super User is an active member of IR’s Super User team, participating in all meetings, and sharing information with the HRMS user community.
He/She is self-motivated with the ability to establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes; organized with a strong sense of urgency; has the ability to work independently and/or cooperatively and effectively in a team environment; and, is able to communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner at all times with all levels of customers.
Work with HR end users, Enterprise Services, and other HRMS stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues and maintain documentation in areas of HRMS, payroll, and benefits. Systems support would include HRMS, PMP, Merit and CC Directory. Train HR staff on system access and utilization.
Responsible for secure, accurate and timely HRMS data entry for approximately 700 professional employees who are part of Climate Control Technologies corporate business unit. Maintain highly confidential information.
Ensure HR Data across Climate Control Technologies sector is secure, accurate, and timely through communications, training, audits, and reporting. Including ensuring SOX HRIS compliance.
Partner with Enterprise Services and Corporate on implementations of HRMS enhancements, related systems, and feeds. Represent interests of the sector during Corporate/Enterprise Services projects.
Responsible for accurate and timely completion of Monthly Headcount reporting process.
Responsible for maintaining Payroll reporting database and providing reports to field locations on a weekly basis.
Actively participate in HR projects and activities as required.
Qualifications :
5+ years experience in an HRMS/HRIS role.
Bachelor's degree required.
Ability to travel up to 5 – 10% of the time.
High degree of confidentiality.
Knowledge of HR and payroll policies and procedures.
Superior knowledge of HRMS, HR Data, and Reporting tools.
3+ years data entry and reporting experience.
Oracle experience preferred.
Emphasis on Data and Information, Human Resources, Problem Solving.
Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Internet, Excel.
