HRIS Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities: This position will report to the Manager, HR Transitions and Processes, and be responsible for the supervision of the Master Data day-to-day operations, review and audit. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: day-to-day supervision of the Master Data Team, consisting of two administrators and two input operators, performing as a “working” supervisor, responsible for specific divisions’ maintenance, monitoring the retrieval, input, filing, and communications of the incoming data entry, including all personnel transactions and organization management maintenance, meeting Service Level Agreements on data entry requirements, ensuring that regular audit reports are produced, reviewed and updated in order to maintain the highest level of data entry integrity, completing the daily internal audit process required by Cooper’s Internal Audit Department, developing working relationships with the HR staff at all Cooper locations, maintaining appropriate forms, contact lists, calendars, etc. and posting Cooper’s Intranet site, generating standard and Ad-hoc reports as requested and working closely with the Manager, HR Processes and Transactions to develop more timely and more efficient processes through re-engineering and/or added technology. Skills & Abilities: Candidate should have 2-4 years of supervisory experience. Must have a working knowledge of SAP HR 4.7. Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access. Should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent interpersonal skills. Be able to work in a fast-paced, extremely detailed team environment, with the ability to multi-task. Ensure a high level of confidentiality is observed and maintained within the team.
